Private, in home, one-on-one, concierge PT

PT Evaluation+Treatment

Includes a thorough full body examination and evaluation to identify potential root causes of your pain or dysfunction. We then move straight into hands-on treatment in effort to provide immediate relief. This also includes initial home exercise plan development (HEP) and clear plan of care/goal setting.

Comprehensive PT Treatment

These sessions combine high-level manual therapy with customized therapeutic exercise to restore strength, mobility, and long-term function. This includes both hands-on treatment to reduce pain and mobility restrictions, then reinforce with targeted training for long term results. Frequent adjustments to HEP and resistance bands provided at no additional cost.

Mixed Manual Therapy PT Treatment

45-60 minutes

These visits are designed for people who prefer - or best served by - a heavily manual therapy-based session. Treatment may include sports massage techniques, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilization, tooling/scraping, and other skilled hands-on techniques as clinically appropriate. This is ideal for active patients who are already knowledgeable in appropriate exercises or chronic pain patients who do not tolerate specific and guided exercise programs.

Virtual PT Treatment

$50

30 minutes

A convenient video visit for follow-ups, movement assessment, HEP progressions, pain management education, ergonomics coaching, or general PT consults. Ideal for those patients that seek general coaching and accountability, need assistance between in-person sessions, or seeking advice on HEP development only.

Comprehensive PT Packages

Packages are available for patients actively participating in a plan of care and receiving Comprehensive PT Treatment follow-ups. All packages are non-refundable and expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Missed or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session. Packages cannot be combined with any other discounts. May be paid in 2 installments, subject to demand. Mixed Manual PT Treatment sessions are billed per visit and not eligible for package pricing.
